Renowned surgeon Addison Forbes Montgomery leaves behind Seattle Grace Hospital, a broken marriage with Derek Shepherd and her torn relationship with Mark Sloan and moves to Los Angeles. She reunites with her friends from medical school, recently divorced Naomi and Sam Bennett, and joins them at their co-op, Oceanside Wellness Center in Santa Monica.
